Ioana has started her career in law in 2013, with Istocescu&Vintilă – Business Lawyers, being part of the advisory team. Nowadays, Ioana performs as legal adviser in corporate matters legal missions, general legal assistance for various industries, business contracts and transaction support.

Ana has started her career in law with Istocescu&Vintilă – Business Lawyers in 2015, being part of the litigation team. Nowadays, Ana performs as barrister within commercial and fiscal litigation.
