Life puts us, each and every day, in front of challenges and obstacles of all kinds. The only constructive option is therefore to turn the challenges into opportunities! It is also critical to choose the right team, knowing that “the power of a network is given by the square of the number of nodes,” meaning the concept of network in its widest significance.

By random, or rather not, I have met the Istocescu&Vintilă management team and, with satisfaction, I have realized that we have built a special relationship, which can be characterized by complementarity and synergy.

 

Aurelian is Senior Expert in Strategic and Information Management. Graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science at the Military Technical Academy, as well as of the Advanced Management Program “Chief Information Officer” at the US Defence University, Washington DC, Aurelian attended several management courses in the country and abroad. Aurelian capitalizes on the accumulated knowledge and expertise, combining consultancy with educational activities in the field of strategic management and, last but not least, volunteer activities.

 

Aurelian has created developed and motivated complex IT development teams.

 

He has worked for several years in the field of informational management policies within professional and employers’ associations.

 

A relevant feature of its work is the constant concern for innovation, keeping itself constantly on the line of technological novelties, but especially on how they affect the life and activity of man and the environment.

Business consulting and steering of strategic projects to achieve dynamic and outside assessments are primarily aiming to improve the performance of the business, streamline the structures, and accommodate the business to real-world up-growth. The mixture of experts with trained consultants shapes the classic approach and allows the achievement of new goals.

Modelling  of processes and production flows requires vision, leadership and holistic understanding. Over time, I managed to understand the strategy and the grounds of the corporate vision and the need to combine it with the technical experience to get the envisaged results.

The 20 years professional business field experience of Mr. Gheorghe Stirbu, outlined by perseverance and determination, allows an objective understanding and a holistic view of equally production, economic and business flows.

With an exceptional career path, he was educated at the beginning of his career in various international companies such as EGIS Romania, Erste Bank (BCR).

Currently Managing Director at Terra Solution Services, and majority shareholder, company in which Mr. Stirbu managed to get together high-level consultancy teams and provide Integrated Restoration and Business Optimization services.

 

The integrated services supplied through the professional partnerships integrated by Istocescu&Vintilă, is completed by the fusion and adjustment of the professionals’ fees mixed up within services, hence it results discounted fees comparatively with the fees practiced by each self-professional (“one stop shop”).
