Adriana has started her career in law in 2006 with Stefanică Duţu&Associates. Between 2008 and 1014, Adriana has refined her knowledge and competences with Voicu&Filipescu – Attorneys at Law – in association with Squire Sanders, providing advice and representation to foreign and domestic clients in all phases of their business activities, starting with green-field level, initial concept and fresh negotiation up to implementation, development and supervision of the curent activity. Based on her professional history, Adriana gained extensive experience on regulatory and commercial legal matters in the fields of banking and finance.
