    Paul Cosmovici, IP specialist and European trademark attorney, is the Managing Partner of the firm seated in Geneva and Bucharest. He obtained an LL.M. at Columbia University and a DEA at the University of Geneva.

    He started working in Switzerland in 2003, in the IP field, especially in the patenting process for the United States and Europe.

    Nowadays Paul is a member of Geneva, New York and Paris Bars and he successfully manages his clients – from investment funds to multinational companies mainly from US or EU countries – acting in the pharmaceutical and food industry, but also in the banking, construction, energy, or technology fields.
