Time passes… we always say that and, somehow, we have the impression that it passes faster and faster.
Time passes… this is a certain and irreversible fact! We have only one thing left to clarify, a single question that we must ask ourselves and answer with care, sincerity and commitment: is time passing by usefully?
If time passes uselessly, it is a “lost time” and if it passes usefully we could say that it is a “gained time”.
15 years means a lot! Even the simple fact of a company’s survival for 15 years is a performance. The entrepreneurial path offers no guarantee, no certainty, no reward but only trials, challenges, transformations (sometimes sudden and painful). Today you are fine, “on the top” and tomorrow “in an abyss”. Anyway it is a beautiful path that transforms you as a human being as you walk on it.
The 10th anniversary, in 2016, we celebrated with great pomp, a lot of people, in our new and beautiful headquarters that we had just inaugurated a few months before.
A full anniversary year followed, reach in events and projects that were more and more innovative and challenging and that gathered around us more and more extraordinary new people. Our headquarters has become a real HUB of networking, connections, debates and activities that go beyond the formal framework of a law firm.
Thus, in the following years we launched several projects (Essence, Personal Business Lawyer, etc.), we were surrounded with artists that we supported in various smaller or large events (Open Air Blues Festival Brezoi in which we participated as sponsors and organizers) series of events organized in our headquarters (5 O’clock Pulse, Conversations of Leadership, Business Off, Get Social, Integrator) and many more. Since, we have entered a new phase, of maturity and “incubation” of some large-scale projects that we dreamed of and that we dared to believe possible and start the long and difficult road of transforming them into reality.
The first dream come true was to transform our law firm from a “classic” law company into a new innovative company, a new business model – service integrator model type. This process started in 2015 and the deployment of the project commenced in the spring of 2016. By implementing the new model, we have become a true HUB of integrated services around legal. In order to achieve this goal we redesigned all internal processes and flows and process of collaboration and communication, we strengthened the team of lawyers with experienced and proficient lawyers well practiced in business law in some of the largest law firms. Supplementary we gathered around our law firm an extensive community of specialists in many related fields (financial, fiscal, IT, BPM, etc.) with whom we have addressed the market through unique, integrated offers. And, in order for all this highly complex mechanism to work, we have digitized a significant part of the activity, we have adopted and implemented software, platforms, technological tools.
This transformation was essential for the next step: the transition to LegalTech.
Thus, the second dream came true is MyLegal project. The first Legal Tech solution in Romania!

The third dream came true is the project AdWise
Launched on September 23, 2021, AdWise is our dream to lift the Integrator model to the next level. And, behold, it is fulfilled!
As business lawyers, in 2019 we assisted the Eurolines Group and Dragos Anastasiu in what the press called at that time as the Transaction of the Year in Tourism. For the successful completion of this transaction in October 2019, we traveled together a road that lasted an year and three months of discussions, negotiations, reconfiguration of the route, hunting and implementing solutions. This was the long “process” that both our company and Dragos went through and which led to our decision to start a new project together. A project through which Dragoș wants to offer to the Romanian entrepreneurship as much as possible from his huge business experience accumulated in 26 years of successful entrepreneurship in Romania. To share the experiences, challenges and mistakes he has gone through so that those who have embarked on the path of entrepreneurship, regardless of the stage of their business, can benefit from advice, solutions, recommendations that could help them, accessing our experienced and tested specialists, already validated in practical and successful business actions.
Dragoș’s desire met our dream of lifting the Integrator model to another level and, thus, we decided to start AdWise Project as founders.
By the time the project was launched, we had managed to integrate a community of over 20 professionals (individuals or entities) gathered around the AdWise Mission and Values. And we want to continuously cultivate a Community of professionals that successfully covering the integrated services missions offered by AdWise to Romanian entrepreneurs.
We are convinced that AdWise will soon become the largest consulting company in Romania in the direct benefit of the Romanian entrepreneurship! It is the best and most convenient solution for Romanian entrepreneurs because we are like them, we speak the same language and we have the same objectives. Moreover the specialists in our community are selected and aligned in the spirit of AdWise specific values and open mentality ideology!
A dream that can’t come true yet
Now, on our 15th anniversary, we wish we could have organized an event at least as special as our 10th anniversary event, five years ago, and celebrate with our partners, clients and friends. But the current situation created by the COVID19 pandemic and the restrictions imposed, make this wish to remain, for the time being, only an unfulfilled dream.
But, as our faith is only in fulfilled dreams, in our hearts we are convinced that we are only postponing this dream until it can be true!
