Alexandru has more than 13 years of experience advising on numerous projects involving authorization of banks, payment institutions, insurance companies and other financial institutions. He was part of the team entrusted with the special administration of a leading Romanian insurance company in a pioneering financial redress procedure. Alexandru also coordinated projects involving due diligence on credit institutions, set-up of employee share award plans for multinational listed companies and assistance provided to listed companies on securities matters. Alexandru is also specialized in data protection and was involved in the implementation of GDPR in major financial institutions and multinational companies.

Tiberius has acted as a lawyer since 2003, this profession being a mature and vocational choice for him. Before studying Law, Tiberius graduated The Faculty of Economical Engineering within University Politehnica of Bucharest, his former technical background proving a great plus for the thorough understanding of the industries and, especially, for the entrepreneur chosen way, as founding partner of Istocescu&Vintilă – Business Lawyers. The key qualification of Tiberius covers a wide range of business-related legal services, highly valued by his clients due to his pro-active business approach that combines local knowledge with international standards. He has extensive expertise in business contracts and transactions. His strength stems from a thorough understanding of the underlying business negotiations, which enables him to provide effective service while meeting narrow deadlines to secure transactions. Tiberius acts as a principal business adviser for a significant number of investors.

Mihaela has built an outstanding career assisting foreign investors in complex private and public transactions, brought to successful closing. She has experience in due diligence investigations on Romanian and international companies, some of the projects being performed in the frame of cross border acquisition and group streamlining reorganization schemes. Mihaela has also been involved in major infrastructure projects in Romania, being in charge with documentation and project development.
