Veronica Florea is a lawyer with over 18 years experience in the legal field, providing legal consulting services, mainly in the following fields: production, energy, pharmaceutical industry, real estate, retail and waste management.
She also specializes in environmental law, having a wealth of experience in assisting and representing clients in front of authorities with responsibilities in environmental protection (Environmental Protection Agencies, National Environmental Guard, Water Management Authorities, Public Health Directorates, Ministry of Environment and Health) in the procedures for issuing and reviewing environmental authorizations, as well as in the various inspections and controls carried out by these authorities and / or in disputes aimed at challenging the different regulatory or control acts issued by the environmental authorities.
It also has an impressive track record in terms of client representation before the Romanian courts, in commercial litigation.
Veronica was part of GlaxoSmithKline’s team of lawyers, mainly dealing with regulatory issues, including environmental law.
